It is our policy to only treat clients who qualify for our services.  Please make sure you do not have any of these conditions and/or get medically clear by your primary care physician before coming to the appointment and email the clearance form to your artist. 

• Pregnant Or Breastfeeding. ...
• Autoimmune Diseases. ...
• On Accutane Within The Last Year. ...
• Botox Within The Last 3 Weeks. ...
• Stop Retinol/Retina 1 Week Prior to your session
• Sunburnt Or Have Dermatitis.
• If you have keloids  



SERVICE DEPOSITS

 A booking fee of $100 is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to Square upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.  

TOUCH UPS

All initial touch ups must be completed within eight weeks after the initial session.  Any touch ups performed after the eight weeks time frame, will be considered a new procedure and will be charged as such. 

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING

Please allow 48 hours or more to cancel or reschedule your appointment,. No-shows or cancellations with less than  48 hours, your deposit will be automatically  forfeited.  Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours’ notice. 

LATENESS

Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are late for your appointment and a penalty will be charged .  Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners. 

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS 

We may require a doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing.  

NO GUESTS PLEASE

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children , parents and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. 



EXISTING BROW TATTOOS

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other artists' tattoo work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval at Microblading@thebrowandbeautystudio). After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited. 

IMPORTANT 

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

BEFORE BOOKING

Please read the policy carefully before booking.

A nonrefundable fee of $100 is required at the time of booking and is credited towards your service the day of your appointment.
